Shipping policy

Shipping:

Once an order and payment confirmation has been received, it takes between 7 - 10 business days to process the order to be prepared for shipping. During holidays or special sales, it may take between 10 - 14 business days to process your order. All tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been pulled for fulfillment. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please email CustomerService@PureRhodes.com prior to ordering.

**Due to the nature of our products, Pure Rhodes ships all packages through USPS Priority Mail or UPS during the summer. Shipping as such allows quicker delivery times as well as decreases the opportunity for damage or product melting and sweating. **

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature and hygienic integrity of our products, Pure Rhodes does not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products (i.e. soaps, lotions, etc.). 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or printable products
For non-cosmetic products, we will accept certain returns and exchanges. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, send us an email at CustomerService@PureRhodes.com with your order number and reason you would like to request a return or exchange.
