Shipping and Handling

Shipping:

Once an order and payment confirmation has been received, it takes between 2 - 7 business days to process the order to be prepared for shipping. During holidays or special sales, it may take between 10 - 14 business days to process your order. Please email prior to ordering if a specific delivery date is needed. All tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been pulled for fulfillment.   

**Due to the nature of our products, Pure Rhodes ships all packages through USPS Priority Mail or UPS, shipping as such allows quicker delivery times as well as decrease the opportunity for damage or product melting/sweating; especially during the summer months. **

If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please email CustomerService@PureRhodes.com prior to ordering.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature and hygienic integrity of our products, Pure Rhodes does not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products (i.e. soap, lipstick, lip-gloss, etc.). However, any merchandise that arrives damaged or is incorrectly delivered to a customer will be immediately replaced at no additional cost. To report a claim, customers must notify Pure Rhodes within 2 days after receiving an order. Failing to file a claim with Pure Rhodes at CustomerService@PureRhodes.com, providing a photo of the damaged item, and/or use of product regardless of the damage will be taken as acceptance of the product in the condition it arrives, which will result in refusal of your claim.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or printable products

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (determined by the processing company).

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@PureRhodes.com .

Clearance items:

Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerService@PureRhodes.com with your order number and reason you would like to request an exchange for the same item. Please attach any photos that will help explain/show damage/defectiveness with the item. Once approved, send your item to: PO Box 409, Tomball, TX 77377.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
